SIDING

TANDO BEACH HOUSE SHAKE

This is a house in Beach Haven West, we installed Tando Beach House Shake Atlantica along with all new vinyl pvc rakes, fascia, soffit, and decorative window trim. Beach House shake is great for areas with high winds and presents a great multitonal, cedar look without the discoloration and maintenance.

CERTAINTEED SIDING

We install a wide variety of Certainteed products. They manufacture quite an array of exterior products that blend together very well. CEDAR SIDING

There is nothing better than cedar siding it is naturally resistant to rot and repels insects. It has been used in the North East for hundreds of years, especially in coastal regions, and continues to stand the test of time. We install White and Red cedar shakes, clapboard, and tongue & groove siding.

DECKS

We love designing & building decks. Whether it be new, demo/rebuild, or re-surfacing. We install pressure treated, cedar, mahogany, and vinyl decking.

SCREENROOMS/COVERED DECKS

BARNEGAT FRONT PORCH

A screened front porch we designed and built. The interior consists of Wolf Serenity tongue and groove porch decking and vinyl beadboard for the ceiling. The knee wall consists of custom made vinyl raised panels. The screens are made using Screeneze, our go to screen system. It is essentially a frameless, spline-less system that provides a clean, finished look. It is capable of spanning 10'x15'.

LANOKA HARBOR SCREEN ROOM

This waterfront screen room was completely trimmed with Versatex trimboards and post wraps. The decking was Wolf Harbor Grey tongue and groove porch decking. The screeneze screen system not only made those large and irregular openings a breeze, but provides tremendous visibility so you don't miss any of the amazing waterfront views.

HARVEY CEDARS 2 STORY SCREEN ROOM

This two-story screen room in Harvey Cedars allows for insect-free amazing views of the bay. The upper deck is fiberglass and the lower was finished with Wolf Weathered Ipe tongue and groove porch decking. The 34 screens and two screen doors we built custom out of 5/4 vinyl and they can be easily removed and stored in the off-season.

NEW ROOF OVER EXISTING DECK

This is a 28'x12' roof we designed and built over an existing deck in Manahawkin. The roof turned what used to be scorching hot unusable space into a backyard paradise that was perfect for large gatherings rain or shine.

VERSATEX VENTED SOFFIT

Versatex Soffit system has the cleanest finished look of any soffit system I have seen. Made completely of solid vinyl the system comes with soffit panels and the fascia and frieze board to accept it. This not only makes Versatex the best soffit visually, it also provides excellent weathering protection where the siding meets the frieze board.
